Birth Support
Birth is a sacred rite of passage, a threshold to be honored, and a journey designed to be taken with ample support. As a doula, my purpose is to adapt to the unique and diverse needs of each birthing person and their family. Birth care provided can range vastly from emotional space holding, educational guidance, physical support, therapeutic-supportive touch, advocacy, logistical support, and much more.
Postpartum Nourishment
The initiation of birth begins at the moment of conception, and carries on long after the birth of a child. The postpartum trimester is the ceremony after the ceremony; the sacred time you heal, connect with your baby on the outside, and meet the new iteration of yourself. As such, each new parent—whether birthing their first or fifth child—deserves nourishment in all senses of the word. Postpartum support can look like providing newborn care, support with lactation, light housecleaning, therapeutic touch, and more.

Investment: $2400-$3000 plus tax
Recommended Doula Package
Postpartum care is offered at an hourly rate of $40-$50. Visits range from a minimum of 3 hours.
Overnight care is offered at an hourly rate of $50-$60. Overnight visits range from a minimum of 10 hours.

Thresholds offers deeply nourishing postpartum cooking and herbal remedies designed for optimal healing. Recipes are rooted in ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, and are carefully curated for supporting the postpartum body and baby.
Postpartum meal support packages include cost of ingredients, preparation & cooking time, and meal delivery to your home. We prioritize cooking with organic, high-quality, and local ingredients.
